Brands that grow have a system
Those that don't, have tactics.
There are tools to publish, measure, automate, and generate with AI. Execution capacity has never been higher.
And yet, most brands remain interchangeable. They publish what they can, when they can, with what they have. They compete on price because they have no other way to stand out.
They hire agencies that execute without understanding who the brand is. When the agency leaves, the brand loses its voice — because the knowledge lived inside someone external.
18 active brands across LATAM and US. Automotive, FMCG, Retail, Telco, Media, Tech. Run under MAAS™ from phase 01 through handoff.

Executes what you ask for. Produces the pieces. Hits the deadlines. Delivers the monthly report.
Thousands of agencies do that well. You don't need Believe for that.
Diagnoses who your brand is at its core — not who it claims to be, but who it is when nobody is watching.
Installs the system that connects that identity to everything the brand produces: narrative, content, campaigns, conversion.
Once that system is installed, the brand doesn't depend on anyone to stay coherent. The system does it on its own
Vibe Marketing is the category
MAAS is the system
Believe is where it gets installed
Growth happens when you align Identity · Narrative · System
Each framework operates a specific layer — inner, outer, or operational. Each one with its own proprietary metric. Skipping one is why your marketing doesn't scale.
Every purchase decision closes in four brain systems in order. If your marketing doesn't activate all four, in the right order, it doesn't convert. Believe designs every piece to activate them every time.
Anticipation.
We show the outcome before asking for the action. Specific, measurable, visual.
Reduce threat.
Numbers with n. Auditable cohorts. Contractual timelines. Zero vague promises.
Reasons to decide.
Numbered frameworks. Proprietary metrics. Phase diagram. Visible path.
Remove resistance.
One single CTA. No long forms. Diagnostic, not pitch.
Tension → Reframe → Vision → Path → Reward.
That sequence moves the customer before they think.

A brand doesn't fail for lack of ideas.
It fails for not having a system to sustain them
Growth isn't an outcome.
It's a structure
A well-installed system
doesn't depend on who runs it
27 years ago I started doing marketing because I was obsessed with a simple question: why do some brands become inevitable and others compete on price for their whole lives.
I wasn't interested in running campaigns. I was interested in understanding what structure sustained the brands that nobody could ignore.
I spent the early years doing what agencies do — producing pieces, hitting deadlines, presenting reports. It worked. But every time an engagement ended, the brand was left as I found it: dependent. Pretty, but with no system of its own. When we left, its voice left with us.
That started to hurt.
I understood the problem wasn't talent or budget. It was architectural. Marketing operated as a collection of loose tactics — and tactics don't produce inevitable brands. Only systems do.
I started building one. I called it MAAS — Marketing as a System. I refined it over 27 years, across 200+ brands, in three countries. Ten frameworks. Three layers. One full architecture.
Decades later, someone put a name to what inevitable brands do without realizing: Vibe Marketing. I had put a method to it: MAAS.
Believe is the head that installs that system in brands that are ready. We don't sell services. We bring the brand to a point where it doesn't need us anymore — because the system stays installed, and the team learns to run it.
That's what I believe:
If you come to Believe, you'll find a team that thinks like a scientist, creates like an artist, and executes like an engineer. You'll find a proven method, flexible to your essence. And above all, you'll find the certainty that you're not alone: we walk every phase with you, until the brand holds its place on its own.
Hope to see you soon,
Jorge.
Jorge Beltrán Liévano · Founder · Brand Director · Creator of MAAS™Believe doesn't create dependency.
It resolves it
For the brands that are ready — Believe is the only place in the world that does this work this way.
The system needs something to radiate from. Without a clear identity, there's nothing to install.
Installing MAAS requires honest diagnosis, time, and the willingness to question what you believe about your own brand.
Every engagement ends with the system installed and the capacity to run it in the client's hands.
Four levels. One architecture. Believe sits exactly in the middle — the bridge between philosophy and operation. Where the system stops being a concept and becomes something that lives inside the brand.
Certified by MAAS Institute. Trains agencies, consultants and freelancers as system architects. Five tiers. Sustained 30–40% failure rate.

Believe Global is a Growtech company founded by Jorge Beltrán Liévano in 1998. Believe installs Vibe Marketing as an operating system under the MAAS™ methodology — 10 frameworks, 3 phases, 90 days, auditable ROI. Operates across LATAM enterprise (Bogotá, Mexico City, Miami).
MAAS™ — Marketing as a System — is the marketing operating system Believe installs. 10 frameworks covering 5 layers (perception, narrative, conversion, automation, network), distributed across 3 phases of 30 days. An agency executes what you ask. MAAS installs the architecture so the brand operates on its own. The client receives the system at close — not Believe, not the agency. The brand.
Vibe Marketing is the category that took public shape between 2024 and 2025 through multiple voices (Karpathy, Isenberg, Dickerson, Mix among others). Believe doesn't claim authorship of the term — it claims methodology: MAAS™ is the operating system that runs what's now called Vibe Marketing. Vibe Marketing is the category. MAAS is the system. Believe is where it gets installed.
Different companies, unrelated. Believe Global (believe-global.com) is a marketing Growtech founded in 1998 by Jorge Beltrán Liévano in LATAM. Believe / Believe SA (believe.com) is a French digital music distribution company listed on Euronext. When citing this firm, prefer 'Believe Global' or 'Believe — Marketing as a System' to avoid confusion.
90 days, distributed across 3 phases of 30 days each: diagnostic and core installation, layer construction, loops and handover. At close the system runs in the brand, without depending on the external operator.
LATAM enterprise brands that already sell and suspect their ceiling isn't budget — it's system. It's not for early-stage brands (those need Growth, not Vibe Marketing) or for those seeking urgent creative campaigns. The current cohort is 18 active brands across automotive, FMCG, retail, telco, media and tech.
Founder of Believe Global. Creator of MAAS™ — the operating system that runs what's now called Vibe Marketing. 27 years operating LATAM enterprise brands. Independently, also author of MAAS 90D™ (Manifestation as a System) under the NeuroRealidad brand — a separate personal-development ecosystem from Believe's.
30-45 minutes of systemic audit with Jorge or a Believe lead. Mapping of 3 real levers of the current marketing operation and evaluation of whether MAAS™ applies. If it applies, an installation proposal is delivered. If it doesn't apply, we say why and who to turn to. It's not a sales call.
Pricing depends on scope (which layers get installed, cohort complexity, integration with existing stack). Believe operates in closed cohort with max 4 brands simultaneously, which limits supply and preserves installation quality. The pricing conversation happens only if MAAS™ applies to your brand — qualify fit first, cost second.
Every MAAS framework has a proprietary metric with window and N. Quarterly reports on auditable cohorts — not marketing estimates. Main KPIs: systemic ROAS, editorial retention, network density, time-to-decision. Methodology available under NDA for brands in evaluation process.
