Believe Global is a consultancy with proprietary infrastructure, founded by Jorge Beltrán Liévano in 1998. We are not an agency: we install MAAS™ (Marketing as a Preference System) — the brand as living memory that people prefer and AI agents recommend.
MAAS™ 3.0 is 10 frameworks across 3 phases, 180 days, with auditable ROI, built on Neuronarrative Marketing™ — a human methodology (neuroscience, psychology and narrative) with 27 years of real-world validation. We install the system by hand in closed cohorts (maximum 4 brands at a time) and then retire: the client ends up operating the system, without perpetual dependence.

Believe installs by hand; maasy (maasy.ai) operates it in the cloud with the Brand Brain™ embedded, consumable by any agent via MCP. We serve mid-market and enterprise brands in LATAM and the US with an internal marketing owner.
