DEFINITION · MAAS™

What is MAAS?

MAAS™ — Marketing as a System — is the marketing operating system Believe Global has been refining since 1998. 10 frameworks operating 5 layers, installable in 90 days with auditable ROI.

01 · DEFINITION

A system, not a methodology.

MAAS isn't 'a way of doing marketing'. It's the full architecture that defines how marketing operates inside an enterprise brand: what gets measured, what gets systematized, what gets transferred, what gets audited.

Where a methodology prescribes steps, an operating system provides infrastructure. A methodology can be learned in a course. A system gets installed — and keeps operating after the external operator leaves.

MAAS operates under a simple principle: what isn't measured doesn't improve; what isn't systematized doesn't repeat. Every framework has a proprietary metric. Every metric has an auditable cohort. Every cohort is reported quarterly.

02 · COMPOSITION

Ten frameworks, three layers.

MAAS organizes marketing into 3 layers (inner, outer, operational) implemented through 10 proprietary frameworks. Each one with a unique metric, specific installation window, and documented handoff.

INNER

Operational identity.

What the brand is when nobody is watching. The layer that operates identity as data.

  • · Factor Be™
OUTER

Architecture of perception.

How the customer's brain processes the brand. The layer that operates message + conversion.

  • · Persuasion Design™
  • · Neuronarrative™
  • · Brand Conversion Messaging™
  • · Visibility to Value™
OPERATIONAL

Measurable system.

How the system produces without the founder watching. The layer that operates continuous output.

  • · Design to Code™
  • · Design to Convert™
  • · Growth Loops™
  • · Automation Goals™
  • · CRO Ongoing™
03 · INSTALLATION

Three phases, ninety days.

The installation is distributed across 3 phases of 30 days each. Each phase has specific deliverables, quality gates, and progressive handoff to the internal team.

PHASE 01Days 1–30

Diagnostic and core installation.

Full systemic audit. Installation of Factor Be (inner layer) and Neuronarrative (primary outer layer). Definition of baseline metrics and auditable cohorts.

PHASE 02Days 31–60

Layer construction.

Persuasion Design, BCM, V2V, D2C-Code and D2C-Convert install in sequence. The brand starts producing output under the system. Weekly reports with real metrics.

PHASE 03Days 61–90

Loops, automation, and handover.

Growth Loops, Automation Goals and CRO Ongoing enter operation. Full operational documentation delivered. Internal team takes over. Believe withdraws; the system keeps running.

04 · PROVENANCE

27 years of refinement.

MAAS wasn't designed on a whiteboard. It got refined installing it, one brand at a time, for 27 years across LATAM enterprise. Every framework exists because it solved a recurring problem across multiple installations — not because it sounded good in a proposal.

Over 200 brands operated since 1998 across Bogotá, Mexico City and Miami: automotive, FMCG, retail, telco, media, tech. The system survived three paid-media platform shifts, two e-commerce bubbles, the arrival of generative AI, and two economic crises. What changes is the tools; what holds is the architecture.

MAAS is the methodology that runs what's now called Vibe Marketing. It used to have other names. Now it has this one. The operation is the same.

05 · QUESTIONS

What gets asked first.

Is MAAS a franchise or a course?

Neither. MAAS is an operating system that only Believe Global installs. The methodology isn't sold — the installation is. The client receives full documentation at close and operates the system without Believe from day 91 onward.

How is it different from a traditional agency?

An agency executes what you ask — campaigns, content, media buying. When the agency leaves, the brand loses voice because the knowledge lived outside. MAAS installs architecture: when Believe leaves, the system keeps producing because the knowledge stays inside the brand.

Why 90 days and not 6 months?

90 days is the minimum viable window to install the full system with quality. Less than 90 days leaves layers unfinished. More than 90 days corresponds to special cases (multi-country, multi-vertical, complex regulation) priced separately.

What happens after day 90?

Believe withdraws. The system stays running in the internal team with full documentation. Optionally: quarterly cohort review (non-operational, audit only) or additional engagement for new verticals.

Does MAAS work for small DTC brands?

MAAS is designed for LATAM enterprise brands — operations that already sell and seek system ceiling. For small or early-stage DTC, we recommend validating product-market-fit first with traditional Growth Marketing. MAAS applies when the problem is no longer to validate, but to scale.

What tools does MAAS use?

MAAS is tool-agnostic. It operates with the stack the brand already has (HubSpot, Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Ads, Meta, etc.) or suggests a stack based on context. What MAAS installs are operational frameworks on top of the tools — not the tools themselves.
